ELECTION NOTICE

Dear Member,

ELECTION NOTICE

As per the Rules and Regulations of ISAMPE, election is to be held this year to fill up the vacancies of Director, Treasurer and Joint Secretary-1 and 2 in the Executive Council of the Society for the official years 2008-2010. According to the Election Procedure, vide Sec 5.3 of the Rules and Regulations; the Executive Council shall nominate candidates for the election to each office. The Executive Council in its meeting held on 24th March 2008, has made the following nominations:
i) for Director 1 Dr. RV. Krishnan,
Former President ISAMPE
Bangalore 560097.
ii) for Treasurer Mr. D. Saji Scientist,
Advanced Composites Division,
National Aerospace Laboratories (NAL),
Bangalore - 560 017
ii) for Joint. Secretary 1 Mr. S Ramachandra,
Scientist,
Gas Turbine and Research Establishment (GTRE),
Bangalore 560017
iii) for Joint. Secretary 2 Mr. TC Subba Reddy,
Scientist,
Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA),
Bangalore 5600017.

Mr. Saji will be stepping down from the post of joint secretary 1 (after having completed 3 years) and is the Board’s nominee for the post of treasurer

Members have the right to nominate any other member after asserting his/her willingness to hold the post, if elected. Such nomination should be made as per the election procedure defined in Section 5.3 of the Rules and Regulations and should reach the Secretary latest by 6th June 2008
